Kindness, Compassion, and Presence
My training spans Master Level Brainspotting with its founder, all three levels of IFS, certifications in EMDR and psychedelic facilitation, and I bring depth, presence, and real care to every person I work with.

My Philosophy
I work somatically and relationally, from a foundation of mindfulness and a warm, healthy relationship to self. Everything I do is rooted in compassion and grounded in the body, because that is where real change lives.
I believe therapists should walk their talk. I practice what I encourage in my clients, tending to my own growth, my own therapy, and my own balance, so that what I offer you comes from a lived place, not just a trained one.
I am an activist and an advocate, and I believe activism is my rent for living on Earth. Healing happens not only in the therapy room but also in our communities and the world at large. I bring this awareness into my work, honoring the full context of each person's life and experience.
